The Stranger Session Project is a one-of-a-kind experience created by Holly Foster Photography. I'll carefully match two people who have never met based on their personalities, preferences, and availability. Then, you'll spend an evening together through a relaxed, guided photo session filled with conversation prompts, laughter, and genuine moments.
How It Works
1. Submit an Application
Complete the application so I can learn more about you and the type of person you'd enjoy meeting.
2. I'll Find Your Match
I personally review every application and thoughtfully pair participants based on compatibility, preferences, availability, and location.
3. Get Matched
If I find someone I believe would be a great fit, I'll contact both of you to schedule your session. Once your match is confirmed, a $75 non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your date.
4. Meet for the First Time
You'll meet your match at the session location, where I'll guide you through conversation starters and fun prompts while documenting the experience naturally. Sessions are held in Central Alabama.
5. Receive Your Gallery
After your session, you'll receive a beautiful online gallery of professionally edited images that capture your unique experience.
Before You Apply
✔ You must be at least 18 years old.
✔ Completing an application does not guarantee you'll be selected or matched.
✔ Matches are made based on compatibility, preferences, availability, and location.
✔ Stranger Sessions are photographed with the intention of being shared on social media, my website, and other marketing materials.
✔ As a Christian photographer, these sessions are designed around traditional male and female pairings that align with my faith and the vision for this project.
